One of the most profoundly beautiful, superbly uncomfortable, shockingly brave and carefully protagonist exhibitions I have ever experienced. Thank you Zanele Muholi for sharing such important, moving and outstanding stories through your lens. As a resident South African I certainly have not been aware of the extent to which hate crimes exist in the LGBTQIA+ community. This was exceptional and eye opening, powerful and disturbing. Seeing it here in London at the Tate Modern is something to behold, it’s magnificent!
