To be well is to feel free and heal,
To live well is to find the source of your energy,
To work well is to create ideas that improve the lives of others.
About
I like to think I am an everywoman and what I look like is not the cover of my story.
As a career woman who "forgot" to have children, I am the owner of an auto-immune disease and a bee-keeper. I am also an experiential designer and the maker of 49 homes in 45 years, so change has been a consistent driver to pain and growth year on year.
How we design our lives, find meaning and ways to work well
is perhaps the elixir.
of good champagne, first.
That ease is in the very things I am passionate about from art and creativity, cultural pursuits, business and education to exploring the world, now in hiking boots.
At least that’s what I think my tombstone should say, before my credentials, and the lists of adversity.
“Heal your Life” by Louise Hay was like sandwich spread in our house growing up, so there is conscious affinity to discovering truths to live a life with ease.
Join me on escapades in the pursuit of the luxury of living well.
